A re-seal coat is recommended at the minimum of every 3-5 years.

Daily cleaning and or mopping can be performed per Envision Concrete floor care instructions.

Envision Concrete Rejuvenator Cleaner or Simple Green.

Does the floor scratch?
The floor will scratch if heavy objects are dragged along the surface. The floor will scuff over time with normal floor traffic. Scratches and scuffs can be removed by high speed burnishing. This process can performed during a maintenance program process.

How do you remove stains and water spots?
Heavy water spots can be removed with soap and water depending on the severity of the water hardness. Most stains will have to be removed by a strip and seal process. If a color stain was applied to the surface, a strip, stain, and seal process will have to be performed.

Can you apply tape to the floor?
NO, masking tape of any sort should NEVER be applied to the floor. If tape is necessary, a low adhesive, delicate surface tape should be used and left on the surface no longer than 24 hours.

What damages the floor?
Tape, Vinegar, Wine, Acidics, Clorox, and Etching agents.
